Lauren Purvis The student advisors and other staff are super helpful when things get complicated. I was having a problem with MyCAA website being down, and the staff helped me getting everything I needed prepped and ready to go for when it came back up to create my voucher and pay my tuition. If one of them isnt sure they dont just tell you "I dont know" they try and find someone who would know which is something I love. They dont just leave you lost and confused. Erin was my student advisor who helped build my plan and everything and I loved her shes super sweet and fun!

Dean Uriarte Merrill Lynch is a terrible company. I am unable to access my account but all attempts to contact Merrill Lynch are futile. If you call “customer service “ you just go info an infinite hold que. Even though a recording tells you “the average hold time is X, it’s a lie, no one ever answers the phone. The recording will also tell you that they can call you back when it’s your turn. Also a lie. You cannot get help. This is a terrible company.

Porsche Washington Kelli and Bri are like family to my husband Ron and I. I have gone through some rough times with car lots ripping me off and not being honest, but with these WONDERFUL ladies no matter how bad the situation looks they fix it and make things right for you. Kelli works hard to make sure you are comfortable with payments and she’s so easy to work with. She is so nice and patient. Sometimes I just call or stop by to say hello to these ladies. I absolutely LOVE this bank. I’ve been with them since 2019. I had ZERO credit, but now I’m way up there because of this bank and feeling really good about it. If you want to be at a bank where you are treated respectfully and given a chance to soar like me, AMERICAN LAKE CREDIT UNION is where it’s at.These wonderful ladies are at the Lakewood location. I live all the way on the other side of Tacoma but I still want to go there. Best Credit Union ever!!!!
