5 /5 Meg Gittins: I love this place. Caring,friendly and helpful, every time. Their loan center is not super slick,however this local office is great. Melissa seems to go above and beyond when ever I need help with something.

1 /5 Bobby Casey: Their phone service takes 5 minutes just to navigate. Then you get transferred from whoever you get, to an outside service for making payments? Not sure what thats about. You get charged for using the phone to pay your bills, around 15 bucks.. AND just now I was on wait, then connected, then immediately hung up on. The people that work there do seem like good people. Dont get me wrong. The company itself though, seems shady and is always looking for an extra dime to squeeze and a corner to cut.

1 /5 Shelby: This place is horrible and deserves 0 stars. Worst customer service. If you live locally in this town and they dont personally like you, you will be treated with a disrespectful attitude. This place needs alot of work or ultimately just needs to be shut down. Customer service is at a 0 here.

2 /5 Jalen Waymire: Not too happy put over 200$ into my savings account friday went to pull out 20$ saturday night and it tells me my card is decilnd and that i need to contact my issuer so i went to check my balance and it wouldnt even tell me my balance gives me the same message good thing i have money in a better bank that will let me use my own money instead of screwing me!!

1 /5 Christine Thiel: If I could leave no stars I would. The person we talked to in their loan department has no idea how their loans/interest actually work, OR they lied to us. Their “principal only” payments are a joke and they steal interest from you rather than applying it to interest only. Don’t use them, use a different bank that won’t rip you off. Glad we found someone else to work with.
