Over the course of the last 2 ½ years, I have posed many questions and sought his assistance and guidance frequently, and he has always been very professional and accessible, responding promptly and in a friendly manner, exercising patience whenever appropriate. He is also very organized. He initiates and encourages periodic meetings to review portfolio performance, the wealth plan he helped me develop, and other topics I wish to discuss. He always prepares an agenda for these meetings, makes certain that everything is covered, and follows through on any action items. Finally, he is relatable and very friendly so I feel free to approach him without hesitation.

Marina A Excellent service and assistance. Rakia was very friendly and professional!! Recently I applied for a credit card and received it. After using the card online, it was locked. I called to customer service and tried to reactivate the card but they couldn’t do anything over the phone. So I went to this office and Rakia solved the problem without waiting time.
