4 /5 Angel L. Galvan Acevedo: Its a good bank. I wish I wouldve gotten approved for a secured personal loan with collateral when I applied recently and I would have even been ok with a lower counter offer but I still didnt get approved for anything. I know I would have been able to pay it because I know what I can afford but I can understand why I got declined though. Maybe in the future I can reapply when my financial situation improves.

2 /5 randi nelson: Horizon has changed their hours making this Credit Union difficult to deal with. Today they refused to accept legal tender in the form of change in a piggy bank. They "will not accept change that is not rolled", according to the teller.

2 /5 hailey: Today is the third time I have tried to go to this bank and theyre closed. If you look it up it says theyre open until 5:30 and their hours they put on the door even says that time too. But when you get there, theres nobody there and the doors are locked. If you are on new hours you need to update the website. If I would have known you were closing earlier I could have planned around that. This is ridiculous and irritating. Update your hours or stay for your whole shift.

1 /5 Johnny Long: When a customer has an issue; being polite and saying “Im sorry your having this experience” can go a long way. Instead of trying to justify doing a company wide shut down on cards after only sending out emails and sending out DEBIT CARDS AND CREDIT CARDS in the mail. Tellers armt respomsible for the problems cause by a corporate decisions. Just apologize; be polite and helpful. Dont say “Its standard” when its not a normal situation at all. Drop the attitude.
