1 /5 Nicc castro: This company holds my current auto loan. They have removed my access to see my loan, payment history, interest, principal, everything. When I asked they said they are withholding my information due to multiple late payments. Similar to many others in the world I have had difficult with my monthly payments and now they are forcing me to pay for something I have no information about. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

2 /5 Jim Ross: The only reason they got a 2 star was I needed a transmission. My 6000.00 loan cost me 11,000. Paid off yesterday. They believe they are there for you and are in the beginning but I would avoid at ALL costs not only this company but others like it. Probably distroys many lives a couple years in to this debt.

2 /5 tyrone tyrone: Lisa super nice , would give 5 stars for customer service , but as a whole beyond disappointed, 700 credit score , gave all my personal and bank info to co sign for my son for a $5000 loan on truck with $1500 down, was told a slam dunk , all because my direct deposit came my my attorney which I have a pension for life which I sent all my documents and have I never given so much personal information for an auto loan let alone co-signer . I guess everything happens for a reason . Thank you Lisa for good customer service but stressing how much personal bank info I gave to be denied. Sadly I talked to my Honda dealer where I bought two cars and already approved for for any car on there lot which I’m not gonna use.
