1 /5 Seymour Fourier: The people that work there are very nice, and if you visit in person theyre mostly great. It was all fun and good until I needed to actually buy anything at all. My card was locked, and I had to wait all weekend just to unlock it on monday morning because despite modern technology and all, you cant control your own card being locked or not. Then comes the lack of customer service, or the way they treat you when you do need help. I asked them why I kept getting things declined due to insufficient funds when I had double what I was buying in my account. And they just kept sending me a spending report like I was stupid and didnt know what I had bought and been up to. They absolutely would not listen to me. Im only keeping my account to cash checks and immediately transfer them to another bank that is less of a hassle. Dont waste your time if you want to not be able to buy anything at all half the time and get mysteriously declined for no reason. They dont want to help you.
