Pay Assist - East Wenatchee (WA)

1 /5 Dana V: I was sitting next to my mother when she called this company after she had paid them and they sent her check back with a notice that stated "your payment cannot be processed at this time". Which in turn, caused her to accrue a late fee. She wanted to know why her check was sent back, and for them to remove the late fee. There are three customer service associates working in this office. They are young women and two of the three are incredibly rude obviously with no customer service skills. As someone whos worked in customer service I was completely appalled at their fast talking, interrupting speaking style and apathetic attitude about resolving the issue. They couldnt offer any solutions or answers. When asking to speak to the manager my mother was informed that shes in meetings a lot and not usually available... and shes the only one who can reverse late fees. So after juggling my mother around to all three associates, they sent her to the managers voicemail. It was absolutely the worst display of customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. Good luck if you have to deal with these people. Youre gonna need it.

5 /5 LMike McDaniel: My wife and I both had fines through pay assist and Ive been paying them by phone for about 3 years. Its usually very quick and professional there was times when I could tell it was a new person and it was a bit slow but other than that Ive had 0 problems.

1 /5 Daunte Brown: I don’t write reviews but I had to call these people to set up a payment plan they never called me we set up said payment plan and come to find out they never set it up correctly, so now my stuff is in collections never received any calls and if they did call they said they don’t leave voicemails which is ridiculous. I’m not from this area I don’t receive many 509 calls so I would’ve answered it.

1 /5 Nada Detritis: Bobby called my company. I was forwarding his call but the party he was calling said they were not interested. I got Bobby back on the phone to politely inform him of the partys desire not to be contacted, but he hung up on me while I was talking. Much later he just tried to call again, but I kept a record of his last call. I reminded him of his last call and he responded rudely again.

1 /5 Courtney C: Received a call from Bobby Padilla who asked for the former owner of the company. I asked if I could take a message and he stated he would call back. I attempted to state on the phone that he would not be able to reach him at this number, but he proceeded to hang up on me. Do not advise to work with this company due to lack of decency to others. Good luck, Bobby! Great sales come from upsetting people - Pay Assists motto, Im sure. ;)
