1 /5 Dana V: I was sitting next to my mother when she called this company after she had paid them and they sent her check back with a notice that stated "your payment cannot be processed at this time". Which in turn, caused her to accrue a late fee.
She wanted to know why her check was sent back, and for them to remove the late fee.
There are three customer service associates working in this office. They are young women and two of the three are incredibly rude obviously with no customer service skills.
As someone whos worked in customer service I was completely appalled at their fast talking, interrupting speaking style and apathetic attitude about resolving the issue. They couldnt offer any solutions or answers.
When asking to speak to the manager my mother was informed that shes in meetings a lot and not usually available... and shes the only one who can reverse late fees. So after juggling my mother around to all three associates, they sent her to the managers voicemail.
It was absolutely the worst display of customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. Good luck if you have to deal with these people. Youre gonna need it.
