Valerie Graham Tony helped our family move 3 separate retirements from different managers and open a new plan for our little girl as well. He was there to answer every question about what was needed to move the accounts (no thinking involved on my side!) and we hardly had to do a thing. Steve S I opened a new savings and checking account. PCU did an HARD inquiry on my credit, even though I was Not applying for a loan. Most banks would have the sense to do a soft inquiry which wouldn’t count against credit ratings. Since I may be applying for a mortgage in the coming months, this would count as a strike against me in terms of inquiries. They said they can’t do anything about it.
