2 /5 Manny Menchaca: When I first started working with IDR a few years ago, they were great! Excellent communication, prompt payments, great service. In the last year and a half, things have completely changed. Payments that are promised within 4 weeks now take take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks minimum to be processed -and that is after multiple emails inquiring about my payments that are seldom replied to. Email sent to my IDR contacts for status updates on the existing projects are rarely if ever replied to. And payment amounts have been severely reduced. Team IDR: What is going on? I shouldnt have to send multiple emails on the same subject to receive a response. I shouldnt have to reach out to multiple people on LinkedIn and via email just to receive a response. Youre better than this.

1 /5 Scott Rosenkrans: Experience with Insights Desk was fine up until payment. Ive been waiting two weeks since they said they submitted payment and no response for the last week. Ive worked with other similar companies and have never had a bad experience until now. Wouldnt work with them again
