Ms. Corazon 2 years later...! I had a fantastic experience working with AFS overall. Jacqueline assisted me with closing out my debt management plan today, and I was able to thank her for all of the education and support that AFS provided over the past two years. She helped me come up with a budget, some very good solutions for controlling and preventing future debt, and to top it all wife, she humanized the conversation so that it felt like budgeting at a kitchen table with a Mom or a good friend. She is a fantastic communicator and works hard to help you understand the process so that it is streamlined and very positive. I highly recommend Kathleen to anyone who needs help digging themselves out of a bit of a financial mess, or just learning how to budget better and live better. She is so good at giving people hope!

I walked in there stressed out of my mind with a check from my grandparents, long story short I needed it broken into money orders to make all the crazy stuff I had to do possible and Tai really stepped up to the plate to help me. I was nervous and stressed and he kept the conversation light hearted and fun which eased my worry. He helped me complete everything I needed to have done. Not only did he help me get things squared away on Columbias end, but he also waited on call for clarification from the other bank I was dealing with and when they didnt call HE CALLED ME to follow up and make sure everything was okay. stickmanz Its a credit union, why would you go anywhere else? Their tellers are actual bank tellers and not salespeople. Theres no BS fees. Their open hours could be better, but their app is amazing.
