My previous insurance company was charging me an excessive amount of money, as were the other companies I contacted. I had valid reasons for my situation, but no one seemed to take them into consideration—until I called Chuck.
I dont remember how I first heard about him, and I was initially a bit skeptical because I always thought working through a broker was the best option. However, from the very start, Chuck listened to my situation, contacted the underwriters, and explained my circumstances to them. As a result, he secured me a fantastic rate!
But its not just about the money. I genuinely feel like I matter to Chuck whenever I call. At 58 years old, I dont think Ive ever felt that way from an insurance company. Normally, I would end up speaking to a representative in a call center who I would never talk to again, enduring frustrating automated calls just to get answers or resolve issues. With Chuck, when I call, I actually speak to a real person—what a shock!
There have been times when Chuck wasn’t in the office, but the other staff members were just as friendly and knowledgeable as he is. Another surprising aspect is that Chuck doesn’t know everything—and he doesn’t pretend to. He has a lot of knowledge, but when he encounters something he’s unsure about, he honestly admits it and assures me he will find out. And he always follows through!
I was so impressed with Chuck’s service that I bundled as many of my insurance policies with him as I could, which saved me even more money. I also had him provide a quote for my business insurance, and he managed to save me money there as well, even compared to providers who specialize in my industry.
I have now been with American Family Insurance under Chuck’s guidance for a couple of years. While I haven’t had to make a claim, I feel extremely confident that if I ever need to, Chuck would be right there to help me navigate the stressful process of filing an insurance claim.
