However they are understanding and will review my policy to look for saving.Allstate also offer saving though other products and services. They are also respectful and polite when I call.

1 /5 Adam Moreno: They reach out with third party spam call systems that autodirect you this branch. Basically using a scalping method to target individuals only from other competitive companys. Its really disgusting practices. Update. I called they wouldnt connect me to Cameron. They would only pull up my account ask what Im trying to change or review. They wouldnt acknowledge the complaint about the spam calls.They also deny doing business with this third party call system even though the operation system auto directs you to their branch in everett. If this is what my experience as a customer is. Then they shouldnt be claiming this isnt happening they should be taking the right steps to fix and avoid this happening to other customers and potential clients in the future. Final update. Spoke to Cameron he advised me these are cold calls. And he admits to using these third party systems over the phone but will lie in public.
