1 /5 Louis Hurr: I would NOT recommend use of this accounting firm. B&W has demonstrated to me that their integrity is quite shallow, and they do not take accountability for their own mistakes. I used B&W for several years, however, it only took a small, but costly, error on their part -- due to not keeping their client records updated, and poor internal communications -- to reveal their complete lack of willingness to stand behind their clients and make things right when they fail. On the contrary, B&W will just as quickly throw their clients under the bus for B&Ws internal mistakes and put their heads in the sand with the idea that if they ignore client concerns, they will just go away. My intent here is only to warn others about my experience, so at the very least you will be prepared to proceed cautiously with this company -- if you choose to use them. At some point when it matters, they will NOT be there for you. Just know, they may do fine for a year or two, but when issues do arise, B&W has no loyalty to their clients. They act friendly, but BUYER BEWARE, in my experience loyalty and client protection is not part of their business model. You would be much better served to find somebody else for your accounting and tax preparation needs.
