Tia Bailey Randi and her team are SO INCREDIBLE! I honestly cannot stop talking about them to everyone I know. I have only had 5 star experiences with her and her team. They are on top of any fraud activity, they call you and text you to let you know if something suspicious is up or unrecognizable, if you need an increase on your limit for the day (it has happened to me at costco multiple times haha) she literally gets it done in MINUTES. You guys have NO IDEA how completely incredible FFNWB is, how efficient and customer focused there team is. There are no tellers, which means you get your own PERSONAL BANKER. Blows my mind. If you need a wire done, they are on top of it IMMEDIATELY. Thank you Randi & team! You guys are seriously THE BEST.
