veronica ramos Amazing customer service. I had left a review because I was upset the bank had closed and had a actual manager call me and tell me they are now open. Amazing for a person to take the time and reach out and let customers know they are back in service. was so frustrating when the closed cause I had to do my banking somewhere else but I’m definitely going to return. I’ve had this bank for more then 30 years and know my bank account number by heart. The area of the bank is so convenient cause it’s on the right side of the street on my way to work. Next to everything u need one stop shop.
Steve S I opened a new savings and checking account. PCU did an HARD inquiry on my credit, even though I was Not applying for a loan. Most banks would have the sense to do a soft inquiry which wouldn’t count against credit ratings.
Since I may be applying for a mortgage in the coming months, this would count as a strike against me in terms of inquiries.
They said they can’t do anything about it.
