1 /5 Kiavash (KiA): I am Six years as loyal costumer , two houses and two cars insured using Allstate. On January 20, 2024, I experienced a water leak in my home from the bathroom, which spread to other areas of the house, including the bedrooms, to the basement, laundry room, garage, kitchen, and master bathroom and etc… I called the same day same time the incident happened, filed my claim, and followed with all the instructions the Allstate agent gave me. Yes, a tragic incident occurred there. I always believed that since I was a loyal client who made automatic payments on time each month, Allstate would take care of me in the event of an emergency. Indeed Allstate didn’t.
Since Allstate hasnt shown any honesty or even concern for me after 23 days, I dont see any sense of urgency from them. When I called Bill, my own agent, the office even prevented me from speaking with him, claiming that as your agent, we are helpless to address your matter. Whoa. Simply put, Im shocked with Allstates lack of concern and urgency in taking care of devoted customers.
