2 /5 Ted M: Deeply disappointed with this agency. State Farm switched our six accounts over to them after Jim Sullivan retired. We have been with State Farm for 44 years, and the service from the Bourdon agency is nowhere near what it has been with any the other SF agents weve worked with. We blame this offices lack of communication for our loss of a critical policy that we now cannot get back. Apparently SF recently decided to no longer offer this type of policy - it is only allowing established policies to continue on. Also somehow our homeowner policy info was not sent to our mortgage bank, so the bank was going to inflict their own policy on us at several times the cost. I have had this same mortgage for several years, and have never before had to be personally involved to get my homeowners insurance to this bank or any other mortgage holder. The prior agencies knew how to do this. The Bourdon agency seems like amateurs compared to all the other SF agents we have worked with. In the insurance world. Two stars - would one star but they get a point for being associated with State Farm. SF should re-think that affiliation.
