1 /5 Holt: I was a customer of this company for over 10 years but decided to take my business elsewhere for a few reasons. Under the new management the customer service has become really poor. They typically took days to get back to me for simple COI and renewal requests and when they finally did, I received short and dismissive responses. On one occasion I asked for a call back and the person helping me Yessenia (she has quite the prideful and superior attitude) called me at 8:00 PM CST. I understand that PLC is on Pacific time, but I am eating dinner and spending time with my family around 8:00 in the evening. I tried requesting another call and she completely ignored me that time. Seems like she found my account to be her lowest priority, and was annoyed that I need COIs for my clients in a timely manner. Things went downhill after Yessenia took over my account. Since then I have found a provider that appreciates my business and will respond promptly to my basic requests. I certainly wouldnt recommend PLC after the experience I had.
