I was able to ultimately save quite a bit of money especially on the automotive side when I switched over. Even better was the fact that Kayla got me higher coverage for less than what I was previously paying. Kayla was also able to get me a Farmers discount for my profession which is a huge plus. I truly appreciate being able to pick up the phone and speaking directly to either Kayla or Sharmeen. My previous agent was always hard to get ahold of. Without his help in advocating for me with the representatives at Aflac and helping me navigate the appeals process over this past year (2023) it would have been near impossible to get the benefits owed to me. So to say I’m grateful for all his help would be an understatement. Thanks to all the Aflac reps as well for all their time too.

Brittney Deines I called Monday morning to ask if they were letting people into the office cuz of all of the Coronavirus restrictions and policies and was told to go ahead and come into the office right away. When I got there the agent I spoke to on the phone was on lunch but the nice lady at the front desk was able to do everything for me and get me set up. Withing 15 to 20 minutes I left with proof of insurance in hand. She was also great about not pushing any more coverage on me than I needed or could afford to pay for and was very clear about pricing.
