5 /5 David Hersey: Its all about the service. My uncle was a customer at this branch when he passed away. I chose to stay with Banner Bank for the estate account. From the first time I walked in, they were wonderful to work with. Whether with a teller at the counter or in an office with a personal banker, the staff were polite, professional and very personable. If the branch wasnt 100 miles away, Id move my personal account to this branch even though Banner Bank doesnt have the best interest rates.

2 /5 Marli: They were great back in March but then things got worse later in the year. I think theyre short-staffed and were inundated with home loans and stuff in the summer so it took extra long to get things done. But because it took so long, interest rates continued to rise. I wish they wouldve just said they were too busy instead of continually telling me to just wait a little longer for literal months. I shouldve known better and gone somewhere else sooner. Maybe corporate isnt paying employees enough to get more help. I dont know.

1 /5 Brett Lange: I recently had a very unpleasant experience with Racheal Meloche. Her unprofessionalism and bullying tactics didnt sit well with me. I have been a customer of Banner Bank since they bought out Skagit Bank several years ago. This person needs to have training in customer relations all across the board. I have been to all the other branches of Banner in the county and the service is 100% quality and caring. Racheal failed miserably in my only interaction with her.

4 /5 Jonathan Oril: Much about this bank is very good. I do have a problem with the bank statements as they are not always accurate. The total in my account included an amount that had not been taken from my account until the day after the last day of the statement, but the amount was not shown on the statement. It might be a good idea to work on making the statements accurate.
