Jess the mess From 1 star to 5. Very easy and simple. Glad they got a new reps in their place. After my first experience a year ago I swore Id never go back that was terrible and confusing, rude!! (with one person let me be clear the staff was sweet). Ended up with an account I didnt sign for and 4 weeks of confusion. When mentioning this to close friends was told about new a new loan rep. And how everything was great. They spoke so well about how their expience was in the last 2 months.... I gave it a go. The process was so fast this time, no rude comments, everyone happy the big boss even came and introduced herself to see how everything was going "cindy". I drove home my new car today. Thomas McKenzie What an awful company. They locked me out of my account for no apparent reason 10 minutes before they closed on Saturday, put me on hold when I called, and then just closed!!! I cant email a complaint because I have to log in to do that. Of course, theyre not open on Sunday.
