I Sew 4U Ive been banking with First Federal for I think over 20 years. I have been very happy with the customer service I receive at this branch and others. They are very friendly, competent, and some have gone out of their way to get things right for me.

Briddick Webb I was referred to Gary because he is one of the very few commercial mortgage brokers who can shop the best possible rate and terms for commercial loans. I referred clients to him and he took great care of them and got them a far superior rate to what they were getting at a local bank. Commercial lending is different than residential and Gary and Hyak is a tremendous resource for all things commercial lending.

Donald McClure Not very pleased, was forced to get on line, create a user name and password. I even said I would go to the office so I wouldnt have to do this. No luck.

Becky The Federal Way Branch has fantastic Tellers! They are very experienced, efficient and so approachable and friendly. They really show they genuinely care about their Harborstones Customers.
