Stephanie Patrick Mike and I worked with a client for the past 2 years or so. It was difficult to get him to pull the trigger. He didnt want to be in a multiple offer situation but because of his price point and type of home its been in very high demand. Because Mike was able to close in 21 days, we finally won and we got them a fantastic home! Mike was very communicative throughout the process and I appreciated his knowledge and expertise. Ariana Smith I read a lot of bad reviews, which I expected, its a collections company. But, a money hungry business refused to take payments from me and wanted what I owed them in full. I told them I couldnt do that, ever. So they sent me to small claims, for payment in full, AFTER they sold my bill. WWCB was very, VERY kind to me when I called and asked if I could make payments with them, a halt the small claims. Theyve been working with me for months now, and I am so thankful to them. Had they not been willing to help me I dont know where my family and I would be financially, in the ditch, most likely. Thank you guys!
