no e Came in to open an account with Gesa for the first time, reasonable and quick wait time for the number of people that were there, Edgar was very helpful and nice throughout the entire process and sent me off with a brand new account. I was probably in the building for no more than 30 minutes thanks to him.

Busky Gogo Heritage Burlington branch stepped up and provided me with a small business loan where none of the 6 other banks I had visited gave me the time of day. I have since sold the business and paid off the loan in full but my experience with them for the 7 years we were in business was all positive. Being a first time business owner I had many questions and they were always very willing to answer them and guided me through the process all the way. I now use the Anacortes branch for personal use and have had good experiences with them as well.

Eve Henrichsen We dont recommend this firm. We used them for about 5 years for our retirement accounts as a young couple starting out and we kept getting passed off to different financial planners. I guess they werent too interested in smaller accounts. I feel like we got burned by them because A.They were on Dave Ramseys recommended provider list (the reason we chose them) and didnt stick to his qualifications and ideals and B. They took 5% of all the money we put in at the beginning and then years later, suddenly decided they were going to take another annual percentage on top of that if we wanted to continue to get any actual personal management on our accounts and financial consulting. So basically, wed pay twice for the investments we had already put in. Good deal for them, bad deal for us. The investments were fine, but the service and cost of products are why I am giving a low rating.

Farmer Muhammad Ayub I was helped by Ms. Jhania and bank manager, Ms. Miae. Most friendly staff staff, and the bank manager too. Very helpful. Have an amazing guaranteed customer satisfaction. Great rates for the certificates of deposit also. Hundreds of ATMs that are in the Cooperative network. It is always a joy to bank over here. Best customer service.
