Levi Haiisu I came in to get my great grandmother’s necklace cleaned so my mom could wear it to her wedding. I was AMAZED that Zales does free cleanings even if your piece isn’t from the store. I came in and was immediately greeted and helped at my scheduled appointment time. The process was too easy and makes me want to come here for my future jewelry needs. They even threw in a gift box!!! Wow! Shout out to Ernesto and Joanne for brightening both my necklace and my day! Before and after photos for reference

Good Things! - Gainesville
Charrie Shockey LOVE this store! Its very large with tons of unique gifts with some antiques mixed in (mainly dishes). A small childrens gift selection and even a Christmas room. Parking is along the street. The owners daughter Amber was especially helpful.

Daritza Rosario Sean was amazing!! He was very informative on my husbands wedding band as I was super indecisive. We returned about a week or so later and the bands I was debating on were still there waiting for us like he said they would be!! Sean takes care of his customers!!
