Francisco Palacios Told me I had a $500 deductible because I had a lien holder. Did not tell me that the bank would have to file a claim if I got in a accident. Told me if I file a claim it would be a $2000. Smh bad business practice. It was not explained to me this way when I signed up. Now I have to look for new insurance.

John K The agents were super helpful. Ive never payed so low on insurance prior to going to them. The ONLY downside is you have to physically come here to add vehicles or drivers and its a 45 minute drive for me. But totally worth it with the money being saved.
