Adhikari Bhabishya Terrible experience with Fred Loya Insurance. I was rear-ended by their insured, and the claim process was slow and frustrating. I had to call multiple times for the same updates, and they lowballed the repair costs. I would not recommend filing a claim with them—you’re better off getting an attorney. On top of that the Adjuster wouldn’t pick up the call or call back during business hours.

When my daughter was in an accident a few years ago (not at fault, a lady t-boned her), I called to let her know about it as soon as I got to the scene. Ten minutes later I turned around and she was right there to make sure my daughter was ok and to start the process through our (and the other lady’s) insurance. Her guidance was invaluable to me and my family. Fast forward to last week. I got my insurance bill - which had significantly increased. I called her, and by close of business she had helped us in getting a much better rate for the same amount of coverage - because she KNOWS insurance! She is one of the kindest, most compassionate and knowledgeable agents in Boerne! Give her a call and let her take care of you like she has for our family! No hesitation for 5 stars!
