You never truly know how good an insurance company is until youre in a crisis, and State Farm exceeded all my expectations. I was recently in an accident, and the support I received was phenomenal. It started less than a minute after the accident with a call from State Farm. Thanks to Drive Safe and Save, they were automatically notified and called immediately to check on me. When I followed up to ask about the next steps, their team was amazing. Marissa recommended a new body shop that had no wait, which made all the difference. The accident happened on a Tuesday, and by the next Friday, my car was completely fixed and looked brand new! The entire process was seamless, and the customer service was nothing short of fabulous.
