I had a wreck was not at fault I had dash cam footage had police report Along with footage from businesses in the area that had cameras pointed in the area of the incident. I called my insurance the following Monday and told him about the incident. Chris was very helpful about it at first, but when it come down to him having to do his job and give information that needed to be given, Chris did not want to do it. There was a sheet that was needed to go to The Texas bureau of insurance. That was very urgently needed to fix the Report on my record did not want to give it. I called and asked for the sheet about 4 two weeks before before I finally just had enough and had my lawyer call him Chris told me due to me being represented he did not wanna talk .Chris did not want to give it to me any more information due to he would have to work . Chris Baca Is the Agency manager very unprofessional they want you to pay, but when it comes down to them having to pay, they don’t want to pay then they get mad at you for an incident that you did not cause and you also tried to prevent there was multiple times that I went in there trying to get information or trying to tell them information that was going on. They got very rude very unprofessional. They show their true colors when you have an incident going on just like any other agency The other person’s insurance Me more than my own insurance company. This is not the first time I’ve heard that Farm Bureau has done this
