Over the years, I’ve had policies with all the major carriers, but Shelia and her team make it more than just getting coverage. When I first met with Shelia, we reviewed my coverage and she showed me the exposures in my current policy and the cost to cover those gaps. She never asked what I was paying for my current policy and didn’t push coverage to increase the cost, but to limit my exposure. I found the expense to cover certain risk was worth paying the extra premium and I felt the risk was minimal on a couple of items, so I decided not to cover them. In the past 5 years, I’ve submitted at least four claims on both home and auto and received impeccable customer service from Nationwide. My current policies include four vehicles, a home, two life insurance policies and an umbrella policy. I like Nationwide, and love the Saxon Agency.
