1 /5 J D: Where do I start?
The application was not only confusing once written out, but when asking for additional clarification my partner was met with smart talk some distance away from the phone (yes, we can still hear you on the other line). Not to forget laughter when we stated we didn’t want our numbers rounded up just in case (which, by the way, came from upper management).
Looking for home insurance is already a stressful process as is. If the client is confused and has several questions, why reprimand them for trying to understand? Why push a sale when they say it’s not a good time to talk? Some of the people here are only looking to make some commission, they can care less if what you’re getting is what you actually wanted for your home. A supervisor even stated she wasn’t sure why the application was listed the way it was, acknowledging how misleading the deductibles could be. How shady.
I will never recommend any of my peers or clients to file with this company. Their poor work ethic as well as inability to value their customers’ needs has shown me enough.
