Anne Seidensticker I stopped by the Farmer’s Insurance office with an inquiry about my Mom’s insurance policy with a different agent in Texas. The receptionist was extremely helpful in contacting that agent, and following up with me. With her help, I was able to get my business settled in a timely manner. She was under no obligation to assist me with the claim, so her assistance was greatly appreciated.

Michael Raver Sebastian answered all my Questions and provided expert advice on how all the various options work with all the features and benefits, and he even discussed the possible downsides. This kind of knowledge, thoroughness, and honesty are the qualities I want in an agent. Though State Farm was not able to get anywhere close to my current coverage and price, I have no doubt Sebastian will reach out if (when) that changes shortly, and I look forward to giving him my auto and possibly home insurance business.
