Judi Allen I just finalized my divorce and had to separate our insurance. Linda Fullman personally helped me with all the separation of our policy. I am so impressed with the dedication she gave me during this process. She truly cares about her clients and their needs. We have been with this Allstate branch for 35 years and have always had great results with any claims we have had to make. She has a wonderful, caring staff also, TRIPLE A+ to them all. Jason Bryant Shelby and Laura at the 1960 office went above and beyond for me. I will not deal with another insurance agent other than then. Customer service and knowledge were above and beyond. I will say they could do a better job of answering phones. But other then that job well done. Thanks guys

Micki Davis I spoke with Crystal Schuder by phone and then went into her office in person. She spent TWO HOURS with me, explaining Medicare and all my options in simple terms that I could easily understand. We looked up all of my doctors and medications, and found the Advantage plan that would cover everything, at no additional cost to me. She even made a couple of phone calls to the carriers to clarify some questions for me. After all of that, I didnt owe Crystal a dime. She was so friendly and helpful, we laughed together and talked, and I felt like she really cared about the outcome for me. I highly recommend her to anyone who is signing up for Medicare or changing their plan. Crystal will take care of you!
