1 /5 Laura Laura: I would give 0 stars if I could horrible horrible customer service and experience. My mom went in today asking for an estimated quote for our car insurance the lady answered in a rude way and continued to have a horrible attitude towards my mom if you’re having a bad day you shouldn’t take it out on others specially if they’re customers to the company you work for horrible customer service at this location.

2 /5 Silvia Presley: Fred Loya insurance located in the League City Walmart. After months of dealing with a payment issue (on their end), I was confronted by an employee named Kimberly while in the middle of a transaction with another employee. Kimberly began berating me about a prior phone conversation held with her. I was shocked and flabbergasted that an employee interrupted my transaction just to berate me. The level of unprofessionalism at this store is beyond words. I expected stellar service, yet this store provided me with bitter and revenge filled communication. Do not use this business and take a drive further to a different Fred Loya location as it will save you time, stress, and drama.

1 /5 Angela Jordy: FRED LOYA TAKES THE LOYA OUT OF LOYALTY!!!! You cannot talk to a corporate manager for a billing dispute, and the office refuses to budge on an issue and they dont care if you stay or go. Pretty cold hearted. Also they just added 10 extra dollars to my current bill saying they didnt charge me enough last month even though I paid the rep exactly what he told me. The same amount I had been paying. So they retroactively said the system says you owe this so pay it or not. I had no choice. Hostage situation with no relief or care to do whats right for the customer. They also took away my 10 dollar auto pay discount after paying on the same card since 2021. My bill has gone up 60 dollars with a perfect driving record and they could care less if I remain a loyal customer or not.

3 /5 Eliza López: I got to do what I needed tgat was full coverage to my new vehicle and to a pretty good price. But have to go back because even though I told the lady that I sell my other vehicle so I didnt need that insurance no longer she didnt give me the paper work to cancel it.

5 /5 Jason Bryant: Shelby and Laura at the 1960 office went above and beyond for me. I will not deal with another insurance agent other than then. Customer service and knowledge were above and beyond. I will say they could do a better job of answering phones. But other then that job well done. Thanks guys
