Ward Insurance - Canyon (TX)

Johnny Chavez Terrible company policies, makes it extremely hard to have insurance with. Went in to reinstated. Went through the whole processes only to find out their printer isnt working and Im going to have to go to a different office. Proceeded to wait 30+ min at the other office just to get my paperwork signed. Id stay away if you dont have these dumb issues or issues similar.

Michael Rodriguez Not a friendly person that answers the phone . My premium went up by over 30$ per month and they cant give a reason other than inflation. Yet I found great coverage through progressive for less than my rate .

Carlos Duarte Customer service is fine, but this is the only insurance co. who has denied my claim. A few of my neighbors, whose houses are one or two years younger than mine, have had their roofs replaced. We all went through the same hailstorms, and their claims were not denied. So, my neighbors have new roofs and mine leaked a few months ago. Unfortunately, once you have a claim, approved or not, it goes on your record and good luck getting a decent price quote when talking to another insurer.
