5 /5 Julie R: I’ve had the pleasure of working with the insurance team in Lockhart, Texas, for many years, with Cristal as my agent since 2009. We had a brief break up 2021, but as the saying goes, the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. I came back because no one else could match Cristal’s responsiveness, attention to detail, and personal care. I’m so happy to be back , she is great at her job, and I have no plans to look elsewhere anytime soon, or ever. I’ve have never been to the office I live out of town and everything has been completed online and over the phone.

1 /5 Rhea Brown: I called the Insurance team last week on Wednesday and was handled by a lady named Crystal. I gave her my information and was told that I would receive a call back from her that afternoon or next morning. I never heard back from her, I called her the next week only to have her call me back and tell me she could not find a cheaper quote for liability insurance at 90 a month. Very short and didnt seem to be worried about helping 1 bit. During the time of waiting to hear back from her, I received a quote from Geico for 58.00 Not sure about these people, but Crystal did a terrible job, hopefully the others are a little more into their job.

5 /5 Cooter Brown: Ive been with The Insurance Team for all my insurance needs since its inception, and was with Ken (who started this business) for years before that. Ken (and Bill) impressed me from our first handshake and have continued to impress any time I need to speak to them. Ive also referred many friends and family to them, not once have I ever had an issue or heard of any problems from those I have sent their way. You can find lots of places that work for the big insurance companies, or go to a place that works for YOU!! These, are the people who work for you.
