Daniel H. 2025 edit: I called yesterday 6/16/2025 the day after Father’s Day to file a claim and nobody answered. I called a few more times throughout the day and no answer. I was wondering while I’m steady working, did Dane let his employees off after Father’s Day? So I called today and learned that he did. That solidified to me that I’m giving the RIGHT people my business! My claim can wait a day, do right by your people! Well done sir! I was a customer of Dane Macklemore when I lived in Paris years ago, after moving to Dallas and dealing with a few other agents, I asked State Farm to move me back to be a customer of Dane Macklemore. I am a car enthusiast, and as a result, I end up communicating a lot with my insurance agent. The agents here, Chris and Tammy, are always a pleasure to deal with and understanding of my exact needs. I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone! Thanks guys.

Seth Ski Estefani helped me she was nice sweet and she also made me feel real chill and like talking to her. And she did a great job helping me and getting me on the phone with the claims agent who would finish setting my claim up and get my car towed to Franks so it can be fixed. Also the other lady was great to as well. Cant remember her name though. So I am really appreciative for her help and think she did a great job.

Diana Mills Brian Purtle and his staff are the best! They are eager to help and guide you through the insurance process. Best part they always answer their phone and don’t put you on hold forever. They are knowledgeable and patient to answer any questions.
