Mary G If you value your vehicle, dont get insured here. Yes, its cheap, but it also comes at a high cost when involved in an accident. They will willingly try and screw you over and not pay or underpay you. They will also make anything and everything as impossible as possible. With so many tools nowadays to do just about everything, its so bizarre that we have to come in to update paperwork, or for them just to get a damn signature like people dont work for a living. Whatever happened to docusign? No other insurance company pulls this kind of bullshit. Just a tactic to keep charging you because they know most people cant come in in time.

I can be forgetful and The lady that works their Shontal has the best customer service I have ever received. I’d recommend them hands down if your looking for someone to get you good deals on insurance and go that extra mile to makes sure your covered this is the pace to go. I’ve gotten into an accident and called her up she took time out of her day to reassure me that everything was OK I was covered and made me feel better about the situation I was in.
