3 /5 AMG Motor Co.: I cant speak for her quotes to her customers but I can speak on the insurance verification part. I called 2-3 times a day on two different days **** at different times **** to verify coverage. She didnt even bother calling back. I had to drive to her in person with the title on hand so she could verify. Then she gave me the 800 number so I can call the insurance carrier themselves. She mentioned her customers call her directly to her phone because its just her by herself. In her defense, when I came in she was busy on the land line. Whether talking to someone for work or business, I dont know. She gets points for being a problem solver. I would argue Bettys Insurance on Commercial Ave. who is ran by a one lady is a lot more efficient and friendlier than her. Maybe her rates compensate for it.
