2 /5 John Meade: I have been with Express insurance agency for 15 years and never had a problem until I asked a quote for a home we were purchasing on mortgage insurance the lady came back with a high quote and I told her if she could get it down that I would stay with them I never heard back with her and the loan company ask me if I had insurance so I had to make a decision and I chose another company who bundled my car and homeowners insurance all in one lowering my rate lower than what I was paying through express insurance agency when talking to my new policy holder company they told me to cancel the electronic withdrawal from my bank to go ahead and get that done so they dont take it from my bank I called on the 1st asking them to cancel my insurance on my cars and trucks she told me that I needed to call the company that was representing which was Infinity I called them they told me I had to deal with Express long story short was a nightmare I spent 5 hours getting my insurance canceled without express insurance agencies help I will never do business with them or Infinity to put me through what I had to go through to get a simple cancelization

2 /5 john meade: I have done business with this place for over 15 years and I called to find out about mortgage insurance through the company the lady called me back with a quote it was too high I had already had lower quotes with other companies I told her if she could bundle my automobile and car insurance with the house maybe it would lower she said shed get back with me I never heard from her the loan company called me and asked me if I had decided on what insurance company I was using and at that time I had no choice but to go with the lower company that had quoted me and better insurance as well also on my vehicles I think called to cancel my insurance because I had new automobile insurance they told me I had to call Infinity insurance and cancel with them because thats who I was with even though I was dealing with Express long story short it took me almost 7 hours emailing back and forth calling Express calling Infinity to get this canceled I will never use them again what a way to sever ties with a good customer that would have stayed with them if they would have just took care of me so sorry that theyve lost my business for life
