I spoke with Barbara and she has consistently gotten us the best coverage (and best price) for our cars and home. The last two times when Auto Ins is renewing she has reached out to me to tell me other companies to go with. This kind of attention to detail, researching and overall great customer service is they have been doing business for over 100 years.

My insurance is reviewed every year making sure I am on the most up-to-date and cost-effective plan. If you know someone needing Medicare do them a kindness. They are very easy to communicate with by phone or email and get things done promptly without having to ask twice. Extremely friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend.

I should be able to change whatever I want regarding MY payment and MY account withput being redirected to calling the company. You lost a customer for making managing my own account so inconvenient. Good job!!
