I recently added a new vehicle to our policy and Jennifer was able to do this over the phone and email me the proof of insurance documents almost immediately. I had to file to dissolve a business back in Louisiana and he helped me get all the info correct and updated with the necessary notary stamp needed before mailing off the documents.
