1 /5 Mani R.S: Google mandates 1 rating else it should be 0. My roofer referred to me this agency with raving reviews. I called them to talk to Mike Davis but was turned away by their front desk lady quoting initially he is with a customer and immediately restating he is leaving work as its 5 pm :-) I left my number to have him call back, the lady committed to him calling me back next day first thing in the morning. No call the following day and when I call their office number they cut my call ! And Lo, few minutes after I post this review they try to call me back, to check the box, without any voicemail :-) In my net experience, clearly a "phased out in time" group who may have previously done their job but basking currently on the past laurels. Not only they lost a high profile customer and a strategic partnership, also, no progressive customer will tee up with them. There are so many other alternatives who are relevantly tuned to the modern customer profile.
