1 /5 Angelina Gonzalez: The most horrible experience I have had. My policy is never consistent, I was told I had to have auto draft, and the amount is hardly the same. This past month my charges were double and I have been waiting for 2 weeks to receive any kind of explanation. When I call to speak with Yvonne (the rep who has worked on my info) its a 50/50 chance I will be able to get connected, and to top it off I am told I will receive a call back but NEVER do. Complete joke of a business, customer service is horrible- I have not received a clear answer and just get the run around. I am completely dissatisfied. I have been more than patient with them but to withdraw double my regular amount and have no reasoning as to why is unacceptable. I feel robbed and wronged.
