Their customer service and prompt and efficient handling of business is superior to any other insurance brokerage I’ve worked with. I really appreciate how easy they make it to find the best rates and coverages so that you’ve got what you need and aren’t paying more than you should be. I always have a great experience when dealing with my agents; and considering it’s never fun to have to buy insurance, that’s really saying something great. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Tim Savage: Far exceeded my expectations and got us coverage at $2,000 per year less than the last place. Some agencies just go through the motions but not TGS Insurance Agency, they went above and beyond to get us something equitable and the Carrier they got us is also VERY responsive. Job well done. 10 stars are needed but only 5 are allowed. Thank you TGS for a job well done and NO I wasnt paid to write this and NO, I dont work for TGS!

5 /5 Vickie Sarmina: I had just received an enormous bill from my current Home Insurance Company for renewal!! I started shopping for a much better Home Owners Policy and TGS really delivered. Levi Cook helped me find the right policy with a better quote than my current (but now past) Insurance Company. It was all done over the phone and made easy to complete with e-sign!! Great Job TGS!!

To my surprise the Agent (Matthew Duncan) was diligent and did his best to find competitive quotes and he succeeded getting same coverage as I had at lower rates >> saving me some money.
