Ashley took such great care of us, and even helped work on our policy when she was home with a sick child. She went above and beyond for me and got us in a policy that we can not only afford, but that covers more than most insurances. I will never use another insurance company. Kataja Epting Unprofessional, Everytime you call the answer and instantly put you on hold then forward to voicemail. Update: after years of using this car insurance, continuous increase in rates, unpaid claims and horrible customer service: I was able to get full coverage from a well known company with many perks for way less money. They did not answer the phone for me to make my payment so I looked online for new coverage. I saved money and got more coverage by exploring my options. Don’t be afraid to switch companies! There is better out there.

David Ferris Well, considering I have not recieved a call back, cant say good or bad yet. I was looking for quotes on two different single engine aircraft and still am for that matter. And on a side note, since this company seems to think I am reviewing the wrong entity, I am from The same town, am a pilot, and know Falcon Insurance.
