SM White I was referred to Stancoff insurance thru a mutual friend a few years ago. I have been very pleased with his office as well as Scott. Every year he has been on top of reviewing our rates and this year we were able to save a pretty decent amount on our auto and homeowners policy. He is always quick to respond and I feel like he treats his customers like you are a family member when it comes to making sure you are covered appropriately. Call them and see what they can do for you! You wont regret it.

Josh Simpson Sasha is absolutely amazing! She shopped for a better rate for my car and home insurance saving over $1200 dollars a year and giving me exactly the same coverage with a few improvements. Not only did she find me a better rate, but then called to coordinate canceling my old insurance and set everything up for me. All I did was give her my card and I had new insurance cards on the way. White glove service! Literally saved me hours of set up and calling to get through to the insurance companies who dont want to talk to us customers. You dont know you have a good agent until you get one and then you are loyal because they make your life so easy! Ill be opening a new business in a few weeks and I already know who Im going to call to have it handled.

Jana Franscell Just want to give a shout out to Susan Pick with Kendall County Farm Bureau! I’ve been with them for years. When my daughter was in an accident a few years ago (not at fault, a lady t-boned her), I called to let her know about it as soon as I got to the scene. Ten minutes later I turned around and she was right there to make sure my daughter was ok and to start the process through our (and the other lady’s) insurance. Her guidance was invaluable to me and my family. Fast forward to last week. I got my insurance bill - which had significantly increased.
