Mia Lindsey I was referred to Randy Russell Insurance years ago and have been with them ever since. When I call with questions they are consistently helpful and friendly. I doubt they really know who I am when I call them but the always speak to me as they know me. As expensive as insurance is, at least they help by being kind and professional!

Helen Castro I’ve been going to Amax on Texas Ave ever since they opened, when my mom first started her policy there. Gloria and Emily have always been a great help with everything—the customer service is exceptional! I love the office—it feels so warm and welcoming. The decorations are beautiful, and they update them every season! There are always snacks on the table by the balloon arch and sodas in that cute Coke machine. And that tree—OMG! They keep it looking amazing all year long. I’m already looking forward to seeing what they do next month!
