Despite full payment, I continued receiving requests for additional payments, and eventually, my policy was canceled. Ive reached out multiple times to my agent, Alex, but have not received a clear explanation or resolution. As a small business owner, this experience has been both frustrating and stressful. I expected better communication and service. I hope this matter is addressed promptly.

I had to very quickly find both auto & business liability insurance, and she was incredibly thorough in making sure my needs were met and I was getting proper coverage. She responded incredibly quickly both via email and text message, and I could tell she genuinely cared about me as a client. She saved us a TON of money (the quotes I got for myself were double), and I felt confident that everything was being taken care of properly. Even after my policies were settled, something came up with a last minute change, and when I reached back out to her she had my problem solved within minutes. The way I was taken care of made me feel like a priority, which is not only rare, but near impossible to find these days.
