1 /5 J. Scott: Part Time Agents - Full Time Premiums. I called the local office in Big Spring to speak to an agent about Farm Bureau’s membership benefits and to get a home/auto quote. It was 10:20am on a Thursday morning and there wasn’t a single agent in the building, not one. It was the middle of the morning, in the middle of the week, and not one single insurance agent to be found. That tells me everything I need to know about their work ethic and business practices. I need an insurance agent that’s able to roll out of bed before the crack of noon.
