5 /5 Ever Salinas: I really like this insurance company and the location where I always go. Loop 20 and New York. They always down to help and if you a good pay they rearly harass you about your payment. IDK about other people or companies, but they always beat the competitors when it comes to my price. In other agencies, because of tickets, driver suspension, and SR-22, I get offered a small upfront fee but a ridiculously high monthly payment. Here is the opposite, I get offered a High renew, or upfront fee, but then a reasonable, and lower than all the rest (BECAUSE I HAVE CHECKED) monthly payments. Really happy with the service, luckily have not had a need to file a claim. If i ever do so, rest a sure Ill chime in with the feedback.

He is polite and very knowledgeable upon insurance questions we have. He has helped my entire family get the best quotes to meet our needs. I would highly recommend to call and specifically ask for him. Overall the staff at this location on New York st are super friendly and professional. 10/10

But the company itself should offer more incentives to the customers, something like lower their payments as a reward on safe drivers, more real prices , not the Raffles, and not increasing the fu#$&+ng price every time youll renew a policy..

The other reason is sometimes I prefer to get off and make my payment for the reason that as soon as you walk in your welcomed and greeted immediately and helped right away to just go in and out.
