5 /5 Seem Riaz: Spencer Mark and their team especially Emily and Tiffany are the best. I have forgotten the name of a young gentleman who was very nice too. When you are helpless ask for help and they are there for you . I live in Richmond Tx and my car is at Colorado workshop since 6 months, yes 6 months. The repair shop was always telling me one of the parts is not available and then Statefarm claim team too were trying to delay it but Spenser took the lead and within 2 hours the estimate got approved. I am still keeping my fingers crossed that I get back my car back soon but now Spenser has promised me that he will make sure it will be done and I can go on my vacation. Just want to spread a word of mouth that this agent is the best , highly recommended !!!!
